Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for documenting both current-state and future-state PEP+ processes.

• Lead the gathering of requirements and assist in implementation activities.

• Take charge of payments optimization initiatives across both organizations.

• Offer comprehensive support and ownership for same-day settlement, ACH optimization, file modifications, ACH credit push, and reinitiation enhancements.

• Develop thorough documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows.

• Create and sustain a centralized knowledge repository for both organizations.

• Ensure that business requirements are in alignment with technical implementation.

• Assist in issue resolution, testing, and activities aimed at process optimization.

• Minimize reliance on technical SMEs for business analysis tasks.

• Communicate directly with Credit One’s Product Owner.

• Facilitate dialogue between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.

• Provide ongoing ownership and governance for enhancements following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of PEP+ payment processing systems.

• Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and operational procedures.

• Robust understanding of ACH processing, settlement, and payment operations.

• Experience in supporting large-scale system optimization projects.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to navigate Finxact and comprehend integration touchpoints.

• Willingness to work in Las Vegas, NV.

• Familiarity with Finxact and Savana platforms is advantageous.

• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
