Senior Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute weekly, monthly, and other recurring assignments for designated clients

• Review and process weekly payments for clients

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients

• Provide guidance and training to junior bookkeepers on inquiries

• Evaluate month-end tasks completed by junior bookkeepers

• Maintain and enhance Karbon workflows for designated clients

• Engage in weekly communication directly with clients

• Carry out additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

• Supervise financial operations and manage a team of bookkeepers

• Provide precise, real-time financial insights utilizing modern cloud-based tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience in the US

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity

• High level of proficiency in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and cloud-based applications

• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach

• Experience in a remote or virtual working environment

• A strong sense of urgency, accountability, and effective priority management skills

• Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with clients and internal teams

• Exclusive commitment to Keystone Bookkeepers during the engagement; no concurrent employment or contracting with another company or client while in this full-time position

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
