Senior BMC Helix ITSM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure solutions on BMC Helix ITSM / AR System

• Create workflows using Active Links, Filters, and Escalations

• Work with Smart IT and progressive views

• Build services in the Digital Workplace Catalog

• Configure bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP

• Work with SQL and Helix Dashboard

• Participate in the development, evolution, and integration of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences, with equivalents for Technical Engineering, Diplomas, or CFGS

• Over 5 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment

• ITIL certification and functional knowledge of ITIL processes

• Solid experience with ARS engine and workflows

• Experience with Smart IT, progressive views, and Digital Workplace Catalog

• Experience in REST API integrations with external systems

• Experience with SOAP, LDAP, Azure AD, SQL, monitoring, and Helix Dashboard is a plus
