Senior Bid Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Offer support and guidance to partners

• Manage documentation and promote knowledge sharing

• Recognize gaps in current processes and implement comprehensive solutions

• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for partner support inquiries in both B2C and B2B contexts

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and issues

• Develop and maintain a partner support playbook that includes workflows, processes, procedures, and FAQs

• Monitor incoming support tickets to pinpoint recurring issues and suggest preventive measures

• Work alongside Finance to verify and rectify discrepancies in claims

• Implement pricing policies for the Channel Partner Program

• Ensure accurate data management, logs, and approval tracking for corporate compliance

• Facilitate collaboration between Business and IT regarding Salesforce opportunity management, quoting, and enhancements to Sales Operations systems and processes

• Design and evaluate system improvements during QA and UAT phases

• Detect bugs, provide recommendations, and suggest practical solutions to IT and business stakeholders

• Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Finance management across Logitech for Business teams

• Strong business acumen with the ability to contextualize analytical responsibilities

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on daily accountability

• Responsibility for compliance standards and precision

• Extensive experience with Excel and related analytical tools

• Previous experience with Oracle R12 and/or SFDC is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and enhance efficiencies at the intersection of business processes and IT systems

• Background in sales support, customer success, or deal desk

• Familiarity with project management and/or involvement in project implementations

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred

• At least 5 years of experience with transactional systems and business operations
