This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and facilitate the administration of health insurance, pension, statutory, and voluntary benefit programs throughout the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with local administrators, benefits providers, and insurance brokers across various countries.
• Create and uphold absence management policies and procedures that comply with local employment laws.
• Supervise return-to-work processes, sick leave, parental leave, and other statutory absences within EMEA jurisdictions.
• Track and analyze absence trends, pinpointing risk areas and suggesting appropriate interventions.
• Ensure that benefits and absence policies adhere to local legal standards and employment regulations.
• Offer technical guidance to managers and employees regarding benefits entitlements and absence policies.
• Manage benefits communication campaigns and develop educational materials.
• Assist in compensation analysis and benchmarking activities.
• Support compensation data and equity analyses.
• Collaborate on total rewards communications and the annual salary review process.
• Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on compensation recommendations.
• Conduct compensation data audits in Workday.
• Support regional compensation initiatives, including job architecture assessments, market benchmarking, sales compensation evaluations, and organizational design projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management information for leadership review.
• Contribute to process enhancements and system implementations.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in EMEA benefits and/or absence management.
• Demonstrated expertise in health insurance, pension schemes, and statutory absence administration across multiple countries.
• Strong comprehension of benefits programs in the UK, France, Germany, Finland, and the Netherlands.
• Experience in managing multi-country payroll integration and benefits administration systems.
• Familiarity with absence management best practices and occupational health coordination.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits scheme design, funding, and administration.
• Proficient in pension regulations (defined contribution, defined benefit, auto-enrollment).
• Knowledgeable in health and wellness program management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across different cultures and regions.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to navigate complex multi-country issues.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Background check required where permitted by country or state/province.
