Senior Backup Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Operate within backup environments

• Utilize Networker and Data Domain technologies

• Function in infrastructure settings and employ monitoring tools

• Assist in the operations of the backup environment

• Diagnose and resolve issues associated with the backup environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in backup environments

• Proficient knowledge of Networker

• Familiarity with VEEAM

• Understanding of storage technologies

• Knowledgeable in SAN/NAS environments

• Acquainted with NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and FC protocols

• Understanding of ITIL principles

• Experience with both Windows and Linux systems

• Knowledge of various monitoring tools

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on solving problems

• Proactive and well-organized

• Excellent analytical abilities

• A sense of urgency in task completion

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
