Senior Backend Engineer – Google Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and develop backend software integrated with Google Ads.

• Primarily utilize Python and PostgreSQL for development tasks.

• Implement Redis caching mechanisms.

• Employ AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex in everyday development activities.

• Engage with AWS, Datadog, messaging systems, and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate effectively with non-technical teams and external partners.

• Inquire and clarify project requirements as needed.

• Operate in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Provide software engineering services to clients ranging from startups to globally recognized companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent practical experience with Python.

• Familiarity with Google Ads integration.

• Experience with caching solutions such as Redis.

• Practical understanding of incorporating AI into daily development processes, utilizing tools like Claude Code or Codex.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL.

• Basic knowledge of AWS services.

• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools.

• Understanding of RabbitMQ or Kafka; hands-on experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.

• Advanced English skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
