Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create backend services and the API layer for a multi-tenant streaming platform.

• Develop a robust web server backend for both customer-facing and enterprise-facing applications capable of operating at scale.

• Design the web application architecture with a focus on security.

• Perform code reviews, diagnose issues, and optimize existing codebases to enhance global performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Assist customers utilizing Miris to provide 3D content for linear storytelling on AR/VR devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend services and API development.

• Proven experience in constructing high-traffic web services using Go.

• Strong knowledge of distributed, highly available, and scalable cloud-based systems.

• Familiarity with architecture and design patterns for complex web services.

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in working with containers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
