Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement resilient, scalable, and secure backend services that address customer needs.

• Engage in product problem identification and solution development alongside Product Managers.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to introduce new features and enhancements.

• Boost team performance by enhancing functionality and proactively managing technical debt.

• Foster better collaboration and communication within the team.

• Shape the product roadmap and develop technology that supports bunch’s private-markets fund operations platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and a solid work ethic.

• Expertise in backend development using TypeScript or another strongly typed programming language.

• Competence in SQL database management.

• Familiarity with Nest.js or comparable web/dependency management frameworks like Spring Boot.

• In-depth knowledge of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing backend systems in dynamic environments.

• Background in fintech, highly regulated sectors, or document processing is advantageous.

• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.

• Must currently reside in São Paulo.
