Senior Backend Engineer – Agentic Pentest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.

• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and various engineering teams to define system architecture and requirements.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, and security.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for best engineering practices.

• Guide and support junior engineers.

• Continuously refine system design, reliability, and development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development.

• Active and skilled in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to enhance coding techniques, speed up learning processes, and optimize workflows.

• Extensive experience in creating scalable, production-quality systems.

• Proficient in Node.js.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Bonus: Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security sectors.

• Bonus: Practical experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
