Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and sustain high-quality back-end applications utilizing .NET and Python

• Partner with the development team to create and execute efficient solutions

• Connect systems and services through APIs and microservices

• Enhance application and database performance

• Conduct code testing and troubleshooting

• Maintain documentation for code and development workflows

• Collaborate effectively within an agile team setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a back-end developer, ideally with a minimum of 5 years in the field

• Expertise in .NET (C#) along with knowledge of Python

• Background in web application development using pertinent frameworks like ASP.NET Core and/or Flask

• Strong understanding of SQL Server and data modeling principles

• Capability to optimize SQL queries and enhance database performance

• Familiarity with system integration via RESTful APIs and microservices

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git

• Proficient troubleshooting and debugging abilities

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as in a team

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• In-depth knowledge of the Azure platform, particularly in API Management and Service Bus

• Strong English communication skills (fluency in English is essential for effective collaboration with English-speaking colleagues)

• Must be located in Brazil
