Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Maintain, support, and enhance current PowerBuilder applications

• Design, develop, test, and implement full stack solutions utilizing relational databases

• Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis in both production and non-production settings

• Carry out basic UNIX/Linux shell operations

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams as necessary

• Create clear and concise technical documentation

• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders

• Manage and optimize IT landscapes for prominent organizations through the Managed Services team

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a managed service environment or a large government agency

• Proficient PowerBuilder development skills with experience in supporting PowerBuilder applications

• PowerBuilder 2017 is highly valued

• Significant experience with Oracle or other relational databases, including SQL and performance tuning

• Comfortable operating on UNIX/Linux systems, including basic shell scripting and command-line tasks

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities in complex, multi-system environments

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree
