Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-performance back-end APIs and services, focusing on architecture and infrastructure.

• Structure data in PostgreSQL/Azure SQL with scalability considered from the beginning.

• Implement automated testing as part of the delivery workflow.

• Prioritize testability, observability, and security during the development process.

• Seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise legacy systems without disrupting ongoing operations.

• Collaborate with AI throughout the planning, coding, testing, and debugging phases.

• Communicate effectively in an asynchronous environment.

• Take responsibility for commitments and proactively raise concerns when facing obstacles.

• Set up CI/CD workflows.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop digital products for prominent Brazilian companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable professional experience as a back-end developer.

• Advanced proficiency in Python or C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core).

• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.

• Familiarity with React or React Native.

• Understanding of Next.js.

• Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose.

• Experience with GitHub or GitLab.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.

• Understanding of Claude Code.

• Willingness to quickly learn any additional required skills.

• Knowledge of Azure services (Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Application Insights) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with GCP (Cloud Run, Compute Engine) is beneficial.

• Understanding of AWS (ECS, Developer Tools, EC2, S3) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Redis is a plus.

• Knowledge of Keycloak is a plus.

• Understanding of SonarQube is a plus.
