📋 Description

• Produce and edit videos for upsell and downsell pages, video sales letters (VSLs), and email marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on maximizing conversion rates and viewer engagement.

• Innovate creative strategies to convey brand messages effectively through compelling audiovisual content.

• Design digital graphics, transitions, effects, and visual components that enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of marketing videos.

• Collaborate closely with copywriters and analysts to ensure visual content aligns with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and objectives.

• Track video engagement metrics and offer insights for the continuous improvement of audiovisual materials.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality and detail.

• Keep abreast of video marketing trends and new techniques to integrate innovative ideas into projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Tools: Proficient in Advanced Premiere Pro, AI-generated user-generated content (UGC), lip-sync generation, and voice cloning.

• Demonstrated experience in editing videos for digital marketing and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).

• Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and the capability to align visual content with conversion goals.

• Familiarity with storytelling, pacing, and techniques of audiovisual persuasion.

• Expertise in creating avatars and videos utilizing artificial intelligence.

• Proficient in color correction, audio balancing, and synchronization.

• Analytical skills to interpret video performance data.

• Necessary equipment and setup to work from home, including a personal computer and reliable internet access.

• English proficiency — Level 4.

• Technical education background.

• Engagement as a contractor under a Brazilian legal-entity (PJ) arrangement; having a CNPJ will be discussed during the selection process but is not a mandatory requirement for elimination.
