Senior Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, suggesting the most appropriate solutions and technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions utilizing platforms like UiPath and Power Automate.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Offer technical guidance, support best practices, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Diagnose complex automation issues and ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

• Mentor developers and foster the growth of the broader automation community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering automation solutions within enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

• Experience in designing, building, and supporting automation solutions throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and associated technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT teams, including senior leadership.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, or programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript would be beneficial.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in English at a professional level.
