• Oversee the technical development and execution of enterprise solutions, emphasizing RPA and digital transformation efforts.

• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members in development.

• Propel architectural decisions and the implementation of best practices.

• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

• Design and create intricate software solutions utilizing UiPath, ABBYY, and associated technologies.

• Facilitate technical design discussions and conduct code reviews.

• Guide junior developers and offer technical support.

• Set development standards and best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate with business analysts to convert requirements into technical specifications.

• Enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and scalability.

• Engage in project planning and estimation activities.

• Document technical specifications and architectural solutions.

• Maintain code quality through rigorous testing and validation.

• Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience as a Senior Developer.

• Profound expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions.

• Advanced programming capabilities in .NET, Python, and related technologies.

• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Proven success in delivering complex enterprise solutions.

• Expertise in code optimization and performance enhancement.

• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies (preferred).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

• Agile/Scrum certification.
