Senior Automation Consultant, SaaS, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute, configure, and enhance the OpCon platform alongside Continuous products and modules.

• Assist financial institution clients with implementation, configuration, upgrades, and optimization.

• Manage customer interactions from initial scoping and environment setup to upgrade delivery, automation development, and knowledge transfer.

• Install, configure, and deploy OpCon in both Cloud and on-premises settings.

• Develop new automation workflows and provide automation consulting services.

• Conduct AppWorx-to-OpCon conversion projects for Fiserv DNA clientele.

• Independently upgrade client environments.

• Fulfill professional services requests and manage customer projects.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams.

• Offer Sales technical scoping, effort assessments, and implementation assistance.

• Share field observations, identify issues, and aid in product testing.

• Create implementation guides, configuration templates, project prerequisites, and work plan templates.

• Mentor and assist other Automation Consultants.

• Act as a subject matter expert on internal initiatives.

• Report directly to the Manager of Consulting Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in Windows, Unix, and IBMi administration.

• Proficient in diverse database environments.

• Knowledgeable in Azure Cloud.

• Capable of writing clean scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and SQL.

• Confident in navigating network and security management.

• Skilled in addressing complex technical issues and breaking them down into manageable tasks.

• Excellent customer communication and client relationship management skills.

• Able to handle competing priorities across multiple projects, cases, and requests.

• Capable of working collaboratively with implementation, customer success, support, sales, and product teams.

• Willing to travel for implementations, upgrades, customer engagements, team meetings, or vendor appointments, potentially 25% to 50% of the time.

• Must be at ease with extended computer use, prolonged sitting, near-vision computer tasks, and verbal communication.

• Must reside within the contiguous United States.
