Senior Automation Analyst, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for supporting and mentoring makers of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

• Assist users in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications, flows, and agents to foster operational excellence.

• Oversee access, permissions, and Solutions within Power Platform environments, guaranteeing compliance and security in operations.

• Perform technical reviews and aid in solution deployments across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring a uniform application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Facilitate the implementation and ongoing sustainability of governance, security, DLP, and compliance practices by collaborating with global and local teams.

• Track platform usage and advocate for troubleshooting and technical support initiatives, while documenting processes, procedures, and development standards.

• Serve as a bridge between the Local Admin, Global CoE, users, and other relevant teams, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Power Platform in a corporate setting.

• Experience in supporting and assisting business users (makers).

• Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Strong skills in documentation and process organization.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams and technical documentation.

• A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.

• Experience with Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.

• Experience with Power Automate, specifically Cloud Flows.

• Knowledge of and experience with Copilot Studio.

• Basic administration skills for Power Platform environments (DEV, UAT, and PROD).

• Understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform connectors.

• Management of permissions, access, and Solutions.

• Knowledge of governance, security, and DLP practices.

• Capability to troubleshoot and provide technical support to users.
