Senior Auditor, Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee audits of intricate cases and high-risk claims.

• Evaluate escalated audit results and offer expert advice.

• Guide and train junior nursing auditors.

• Work in tandem with compliance and revenue cycle leadership on audit strategies.

• Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management.

• Detect patterns and suggest process enhancements to mitigate risk.

• Improve revenue cycle performance by pinpointing systemic issues and recommending enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to clinical and financial standards.
