Senior Attorney Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified attorneys for law firms across the United States.

• Proactively source U.S.-based attorneys utilizing LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, state bar directories, professional networks, referrals, and various other sourcing channels.

• Develop and sustain qualified candidate pipelines for designated positions.

• Conduct targeted searches based on practice area, jurisdiction, bar admission, relevant experience, compensation expectations, and client requirements.

• Engage in candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.

• Screen potential candidates against established position criteria prior to submission.

• Generate qualified candidate submissions for ongoing searches.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

• Maintain precise candidate records, statuses, notes, and follow-up activities.

• Provide updates on sourcing activities, candidate responses, submissions, interviews, and pipeline status.

• Assess sourcing outcomes and modify recruiting strategies when necessary.

• Manage multiple active searches while ensuring candidate quality and responsiveness.

• Work independently while keeping the team informed about progress, challenges, and outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.

• Proven experience with LinkedIn-based candidate sourcing and direct outreach.

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.

• Experience in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational, research, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to prioritize urgent recruiting needs and respond in a timely manner.

• Strong professional judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to determine appropriate next steps and work independently within established recruiting processes.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple searches and competing priorities.

• Comfortable working towards clearly defined recruiting goals and performance metrics.

• Experience recruiting U.S.-based attorneys or other legal professionals is highly preferred.

• Contractor must provide services from outside the United States.

• A resume and a brief overview of recruiting experience, legal recruiting experience, LinkedIn sourcing experience, platforms used, experience with difficult-to-fill pipelines, and an example of a challenging search are required for application.
