Senior Associate – Technology Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the research and market mapping strategy across various retained searches.

• Conduct initial executive interviews and oversee the majority of first-stage evaluations.

• Utilize judgment in making decisions regarding candidate calibration and progression.

• Actively engage in client update discussions.

• Provide market insights and candidate recommendations.

• Mentor Associates and Associate Directors.

• Uphold high standards of quality, diligence, and execution.

• Manage around six concurrent searches.

• Successfully deliver approximately 14+ searches each year.

• Lead searches for senior technology leadership positions, including CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, VP Engineering, and other related enterprise leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting.

• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous executive searches.

• Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and market mapping with an expected accuracy of 90% or higher.

• Experienced in conducting executive-level interviews with VP, SVP, and C-suite candidates.

• Strong executive presence combined with excellent communication skills.

• High standards for quality and accountability are essential.

• Preference for candidates with technology executive search experience within enterprise settings.

• Candidates without direct technology executive search experience may be considered if they have an interest in this field.

• Must have the ability to work remotely within the United States.
