Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, Regulatory Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, and Operations to transform regulatory requirements into operational modifications and enhanced user experiences.

• Prioritize tasks and adapt swiftly to meet regulatory deadlines while ensuring alignment among cross-functional partners.

• Take ownership of and develop robust end-to-end processes, frameworks, and monitoring systems.

• Convert unclear or evolving regulatory requirements into definitive operational plans.

• Formulate clear recommendations from partial data and conflicting interpretations.

• Influence and align stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.

• Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred.

• A strong interest in working within a fast-paced, ownership-driven setting.

• Proven ability to contribute to large projects, achieve goals, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including the maintenance of complex spreadsheets, are required.

• Capability to thoughtfully consider various perspectives and effectively communicate them to foster understanding and alignment.
