Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of daily merchandising activities across essential customer-facing product interfaces.

• Ensure that promotions, product updates, events, and site content are accurate, pertinent, and launched punctually.

• Recognize merchandising opportunities by analyzing the event calendar, customer behaviors, promotional priorities, product launches, and competitor actions.

• Collaborate with the Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to coordinate launches and address customer-facing challenges.

• Monitor live experiences and escalate technical or customer-related issues to the relevant teams for resolution.

• Utilize customer feedback, performance metrics, and competitive analysis to suggest merchandising improvements.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across various workstreams to ensure consistent execution within the team.

• Drive the daily implementation of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports.

• Assist in campaign rollouts, monitor real-time performance, and convert data into actionable insights.

• Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance engagement and impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a similar field.

• Experience preferably in a dynamic, consumer-facing environment.

• Strong comprehension of sports and live event dynamics across various leagues.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, real-time settings while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage competing workstreams.

• Data-driven approach and the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to provide coverage during major events, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• May need to obtain a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a condition of employment.
