Senior Associate – Power Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and improve applications, workflows, and reporting functionalities utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to collect requirements, convert user stories into practical solutions, identify dependencies and gaps, and assist with estimation and finalization of requirements.

• Design and execute scalable web applications, dashboards, forecasting tools, and data visualization solutions tailored for acquisition, program, and cost analysis initiatives.

• Create system documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation, which includes mapping acquisition and contracting processes from beginning to end.

• Assist in system deployment and monitoring, which encompasses post-deployment log reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system improvements.

• Offer pre-award and post-award acquisition support, which includes gathering requirements, developing acquisition strategies, conducting market research, preparing PWS, IGCE, providing CLIN recommendations, monitoring contracts, assessing performance, processing invoices, and managing related contract execution activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Capability to secure a Public Trust Security Clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a similar field.

• Over 4 years of direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• More than 2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements collection, solution design, and translating business needs into functional technical solutions.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting federal acquisition, contracting, program operations, cost analysis, or comparable federal business processes.

• Practical experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, data analytics, and data visualization.

• Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Experience in system design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.

• Background in supporting federal acquisition and contracting processes, including acquisition strategy, market research, PWS, IGCE, CLIN development, and contract monitoring.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification is highly preferred.
