Senior Associate, Payer Strategy – Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the creation of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards.

• Oversee the cycle of commercial reporting.

• Develop and sustain payer enablement documentation and a knowledge management system.

• Assist in strengthening the operational foundation of talent motion.

• Execute the quarterly audit for rates and competitor intelligence.

• Engage in essential strategic initiatives for the payer commercial team.

• Guide the use of AI tools, critically assess their outputs, and provide recommendations.

• Report directly to the head of Payer Commercial Strategy & Operations.

• Contribute to the expansion of payer partnerships and enhance access to mental healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or a comparable strategy & operations role.

• Proven track record of managing complex analytical and operational challenges from start to finish.

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.

• Demonstrated operational excellence with the ability to juggle numerous moving parts.

• Proficient and critical use of AI tools.

• Capability to rigorously evaluate AI outputs prior to implementation.

• Resourceful and detail-oriented.

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
