Senior Associate, Membership Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Analyze data and propose actionable recommendations

• Utilize SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI for data extraction and summarization

• Employ reporting and analytics to address business inquiries

• Provide insights to key stakeholders and supply necessary tools or data to support strategic operations

• Oversee the complete reporting portfolio

• Act as a subject matter expert in membership and engagement reporting

• Lead the design, development, and upkeep of routine reporting for designated subject areas

• Generate metrics and reports to track success and uncover areas for improvement across initiatives aimed at enhancing financial membership

• Collaborate with Clinic Operations, Product, Finance, Managed Care Operations, Population Health, and Executive leadership to propel membership initiatives

• Convert open-ended requests into actionable proposals

• Customize reporting and communication strategies to meet the diverse needs of partners

• Proactively manage and communicate in response to shifting or competing priorities

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Experience in collaborating on projects across various departments

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other standard analytical tools (SQL, PowerBI, etc.)

• Familiarity with Epic EHR

• Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to navigate through leadership and operational complexities

• Commitment to excellence and readiness to go the extra mile to meet objectives while ensuring consistently high-quality work

• Quick learner who is comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong sense of accountability and discipline regarding timelines and deliverables

• Collaborative work style with the ability to function cross-functionally

• Bachelor’s degree is required
