Senior Associate, Launch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and support a variety of client implementation projects from the point of Sales hand-off through to a successful launch.

• Act as a consultant, application configuration specialist, and project manager.

• Ensure internal and external teams remain engaged and aligned throughout the process.

• Convert Glia's tools and technology deployment into quantifiable customer ROI.

• Clearly and consistently communicate value to executive stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, communication strategies, testing plans, and RAID logs.

• Set client expectations, identify alignment issues, and escalate obstacles to maintain project timelines.

• Provide training for client administrators on platform configuration.

• Assist operators through simulated training sessions.

• Identify, outline, and suggest internal procedures to enhance scalable service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or enterprise-level clients.

• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, and network security principles.

• Practical experience in configuring applications or software platforms, including Drupal, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.

• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering teams.

• Excellent presentation skills, confidence, and enthusiasm.

• Strong project management abilities with a background in technical consultancy.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and social interpersonal skills for various audiences and communication methods.

• Highly collaborative and adaptable.

• Possess a growth mindset with a natural curiosity about technology.

• Proficiency in English is required.
