This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java applications.

• Create REST APIs and critical business solutions utilizing Spring Boot and Hibernate.

• Convert business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and testable code.

• Ensure application design prioritizes performance, scalability, and security.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates (L1/L2) and interns regarding coding practices.

• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural enhancements.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize code for enhanced performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework.

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.

• 3–4 years of experience in Java backend development.

• Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable APIs and services.

• Practical experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for integration purposes.

• Experience in conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers.

• Strong knowledge of Core Java 8 and above and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Practical expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.

• Understanding of multithreading, annotations, templates, and design patterns.

• Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, including MySQL/Oracle.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax for front-end integration.

• Experience with Maven, Git, JUnit, and logging frameworks such as Slf4j/Log4j.

• Capability to take ownership of modules.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, along with mentoring abilities.

• Knowledge of Spring AI is a plus or an added advantage.
