Senior Associate, InterSYNC Implementation Support Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manage daily implementations and onboarding of new Bank and Broker Dealer clients across all interSYNC divisions.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure prompt account openings.

• Assist in the execution of client contracts involving business, legal, and client stakeholders.

• Process new relationship requirements through established approval protocols.

• Complete the necessary documentation for account openings and conduct due diligence.

• Serve as a liaison between Bank and Broker Dealer to guarantee timely and precise account openings.

• Set up client depository accounts in the interSYNC system, including account titling, rates, balances, and reporting configurations.

• Collaborate with interSYNC technology teams to fulfill operational setup needs.

• Organize documentation among clients, interSYNC, Webster Bank, and other external entities.

• Spearhead the setup of E-Treasury accounts across Webster divisions and monitor SLA deadlines.

• Educate clients on system functions, timing, reporting, and maintenance procedures.

• Transition opened accounts to Operations and Relationship Management teams.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, operating procedures, and implementation artifacts for audit purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) - Required.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience and product knowledge is required.

• At least 8 years of client-facing experience is essential.

• Experience in project management is necessary.

• Knowledge of the cash management sector, including best operational practices.

• Outstanding organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership.

• Ability to work independently and initiate tasks with minimal supervision.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Proven work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
