Senior Associate, GDCM Messaging Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Associates in the implementation and deployment of Messaging solutions across Hilton's hotel network.

• Provide training and change management initiatives to facilitate adoption, achieve business objectives, and reduce operational disruptions.

• Oversee deployment efforts by managing project trackers, identifying and addressing risks, collaborating with partners, and ensuring that milestones and timelines are met.

• Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and conference sessions.

• Supervise on-site hotel installations as required while utilizing program management methodologies and standard processes.

• Work alongside third-party partners, Hilton Product Management, and Hilton Support teams.

• Attend weekly internal and external project management meetings.

• Take ownership of Messaging Implementation projects.

• Integrate new partners into the Messaging program as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Technology, Project Coordination, Software Implementation, or a related area.

• At least two (2) years of experience in hospitality operations.

• A minimum of two (2) years in coordinating software, system, or technology implementations, deployments, upgrades, or migrations.

• Proven experience in managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies until project completion.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deployments, or workstreams while adhering to established deadlines.

• Experience in facilitating project meetings and communicating project updates, implementation timelines, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, occasionally on short notice.

• Flexibility to work outside of North America as project needs dictate.

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of Technology-related experience.

• Five (5) or more years of professional work experience in Technology or a related discipline.

• Experience in hospitality-based business roles with a combination of operational and technology responsibilities.
