Senior Associate - Finance & Accounting - Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct collection calls to clients.

• Send invoices via email or fax and arrange for hard copies to be mailed upon request.

• Verify customer remittances and report cash allocation information to the business.

• Allocate payments based on customer remittances through the cash application process.

• Collaborate with accounts receivable teams and monitor aged receivables.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for accounts receivable processes and the AR value chain.

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures.

• Address client inquiries and requests for information.

• Identify and resolve unidentified cash while managing the complete cash application process.

• Process cash applications to invoices and accurately complete Daily Receipt Reconciliation in a timely manner.

• Follow up on disputes from customers and internal teams, coordinating resolutions across departments.

• Reconcile orders with customer records, validate credits or debits, and forward them for collection or refund.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master's degree in Finance.

• Proficiency in the English language at an Advanced - C1 level.

• Expertise in Accounting, Accounts Payable Processes, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Cash Application, Collections Analytics, Collections Management, Credit Risk Management, and SAP Overview.

• Preferred experience working with real estate clients.

• Relevant certifications such as Accounts Payable Certification, CAMS, CFE, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
