Senior Associate Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Spearhead the delivery across various teams or workstreams within a specific domain, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and maintaining clear ownership.

• Manage the planning and execution of crucial initiatives, which includes establishing timelines, coordinating activities, developing rollout plans, tracking deliveries, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Ensure transparency regarding delivery progress, potential risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and changes.

• Enhance Agile methodologies, delivery standards, team maturity, and ensure consistent execution across teams.

• Recognize, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams, leading recovery efforts when the health of delivery is in jeopardy.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align execution with domain objectives and contribute to roadmap development.

• Leverage delivery metrics, objectives and key results, and performance data to identify trends, enhance predictability, and drive ongoing improvement.

• Promote team cohesion, assist in problem-solving, and guide teams in overcoming constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Analytical, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a comparable role within a software development context.

• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple teams or workstreams in Agile or Scrum settings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, conflicting priorities, and delivery trade-offs effectively.

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle and delivery processes.

• Analytical capabilities using metrics, objectives and key results, or delivery data to enhance execution and team efficiency.

• Exceptional communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, JPD, Google Workspace, Airtable, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other similar tools.

• May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
