📋 Description

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across essential business initiatives, such as carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features.

• Derive key insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and assess factors that drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models for comprehensive analyses and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the VP of BizOps & Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous or intellectually demanding field.

• 2+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) or equivalent experience in business analysis/operations.

• Proficient in SQL and/or experienced in conducting complex data analyses.

• Strong problem-solving framework and ability to think from first principles.

• Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, from front-line staff to the company’s executive leadership.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Eligibility for full-time salaried employment.
