Senior Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and assess contracts, memoranda, legal opinions, and various legal documents.

• Act on behalf of the company or clients in administrative and judicial proceedings, including in higher courts.

• Oversee legal audits and due diligence activities.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant legislation.

• Engage in strategic discussions with senior management or clients to evaluate risks and aid in decision-making.

• Operate as an associate attorney with both technical and professional independence.

• Organize your own schedule, enjoying flexibility in your work location.

• Collaborate on the firm’s caseload and legal strategies.

• Contribute to both legal and business strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Law.

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Minimum of 3 years of professional legal experience, with proven expertise in credit recovery.

• Proficient in legal management tools, including legal software and technology relevant to legal practice.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strategic and proactive approach.

• Must reside in the interior region of São Paulo State.
