Attorney – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of plaintiff-side property insurance litigation cases from start to finish

• Directly engage with clients regarding strategy, case updates, and potential settlement options

• Prepare complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, as well as legal briefs

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions

• Collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys while ensuring ownership of your cases

• Litigate cases in both Illinois state and federal courts

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Arizona law license in good standing

• Minimum of one year of experience in civil litigation

• Familiarity with discovery processes, motion practice, and depositions

• Strong skills in legal writing, research, and analysis

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service

• Self-driven attorney who excels in a dynamic plaintiff litigation setting

• Preferred experience in property insurance litigation
