Legal Client Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Facilitate in-depth case intake discussions with attorneys

• Evaluate case theories and formulate targeted strategies for expert witness searches

• Convert complex legal requirements into actionable research guidelines

• Manage client engagements from start to finish

• Ensure all deliverables are provided on time and meet high-quality standards

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with attorney clients

• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

• Proactively identify and address potential challenges

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the PST time zone

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree

• 1–3 years of experience in client or customer service

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks

• Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to obstacles

• Prior experience in legal, research, or professional services industries is preferred but not mandatory
