Legal Intake Specialist, Bilingual English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Respond to incoming calls for various law firms with compassion and professionalism.

• Assess cases and verify eligibility by utilizing established criteria and knowledge of personal injury cases.

• Assist clients throughout the sign-up procedure and secure retainers.

• Transfer cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with thorough and precise information.

• Uphold responsiveness as a vital element in fostering trust with every partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing intake or sales positions, preferably within legal services.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to quickly establish trust.

• Proficient in steering conversations with empathy while maintaining control of the call.

• Capability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

• Competent in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.

• Skilled in helping individuals comprehend how a lawyer can effectively assist with their circumstances through a gentle sales approach.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.

• No current or future visa sponsorship needed to continue working in the United States.
