Senior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute daily accounting tasks for various client engagements, encompassing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing activities, which includes journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements.

• Generate precise and timely financial reports along with management reporting packages.

• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure adherence to established procedures and internal controls.

• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and additional client accounting projects as required.

• Work collaboratively with clients and internal team members to address accounting challenges and enhance processes.

• Utilize accounting systems and technology to facilitate efficient service delivery.

• Handle multiple client priorities while ensuring exceptional client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong comprehension of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Remarkable attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
