📋 Description

• Propel profitable growth through designated accounts by cultivating enduring, value-driven commercial partnerships.

• Manage commercial relationships within the territory, taking responsibility for revenue performance, opportunity development, and execution.

• Oversee overall commercial outcomes for assigned accounts, focusing on revenue enhancement, product mix, and margin optimization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and issues.

• Ensure pipeline visibility, prioritize opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy through consistent use of CRM systems.

• Identify potential revenue or execution risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Lead the business planning for accounts and territories, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and executing strategies.

• Formulate strategies that balance immediate results with the growth of long-term partnerships.

• Anticipate projects and client needs to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Implement deal management and channel governance to secure appropriate value capture.

• Utilize CRM for managing account plans, opportunities, customer interactions, and commercial insights.

• Organize and deliver training on Owens Corning Door brands, products, and systems.

• Empower customer teams to independently address field service and product issues.

• Drive account discovery and propose product solutions based on customer applications and business goals.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Owens Corning Doors brands, products, and systems.

• Function as a trusted advisor rather than merely a transactional seller.

• Collaborate with Market and Builder Activation to develop down-channel relationships and enhance market demand.

• Communicate activation-driven opportunities to wholesale partners to facilitate pull-through.

• Convert customer and market insights into actionable feedback for internal stakeholders.

• Align customer intelligence and CRM data with commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Proven account ownership and influencing capabilities.

• Skills in business planning, opportunity management, and commercial judgment.

• Capacity to work independently in a field-based role with high accountability.

• Technical product knowledge and the ability to convey complex details into customer value.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives.

• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• A proactive growth mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement.
