This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive profitable growth through designated accounts by establishing enduring, value-driven commercial partnerships.
• Oversee commercial relationships within the territory while being accountable for revenue performance, opportunity development, and execution.
• Manage overall commercial performance for assigned accounts, focusing on revenue growth, product mix, and margin.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate pipeline visibility, prioritize opportunities, and maintain forecast discipline through consistent use of CRM.
• Identify potential revenue or execution risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Lead the business planning process for accounts and territories, including opportunity assessment, prioritization, and execution.
• Develop strategies that balance immediate results with long-term partnership growth.
• Anticipate projects and customer needs to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Implement disciplined deal management and channel governance to secure appropriate value capture.
• Utilize CRM as the central repository for account plans, opportunities, customer activities, and commercial insights.
• Organize and deliver training sessions on Owens Corning Door brands, products, and systems.
• Empower customer teams to independently address field service and/or product issues.
• Conduct account discovery and devise product solutions tailored to customer applications and business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Owens Corning Doors brands, products, and systems.
• Function as a trusted advisor rather than merely a transactional seller.
• Collaborate with Market and Builder Activation teams to cultivate down-channel relationships and enhance market demand.
• Communicate activation-driven opportunities to wholesale partners.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable internal feedback.
• Align efforts in customer intelligence and CRM data with ongoing commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong account ownership mindset with the ability to influence others.
• Proven expertise in business planning, opportunity management, and commercial judgment.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with significant accountability.
• High product aptitude with the ability to translate technical details into customer value.
• Clear and concise communication skills with the capacity to develop compelling narratives from complex information.
