Senior Archer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, implement, deploy, maintain, review, and manage the infrastructure hardware and software necessary for overseeing the client’s eGRC solution.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the installation and management of RSA Archer software and hardware.

• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability.

• Function as the main developer and system administrator for RSA Archer.

• Create and develop tailored Archer solutions to meet business needs and design modifications.

• Diagnose issues related to data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirements.

• Educate Archer users and assist eGRC/Archer A&A users with processes and terminology.

• Oversee eGRC/Archer user accounts, including bulk uploads and single-user account creation.

• Offer technical support to eGRC/Archer users.

• Transfer data to various applications for reporting purposes.

• Export/import privacy data into SGRC/Archer-compatible templates.

• Integrate software and applications with Archer using APIs.

• Support users in importing data into eGRC/Archer and exporting reports to management stakeholders.

• Validate data fields during import processes.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent IT experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in Archer.

• Proven experience in leading the comprehensive implementation of eGRC tools at an Agency or bureau level within the past four years.

• Strong understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53 security controls.

• Capability to identify enhancements for developing Agency Risk Management Programs.

• Skill in working closely with stakeholders to pinpoint workflow gaps and areas for process enhancement.

• Ability to consistently add value through proficient project management and effective execution.

• Experience in configuring and managing the RSA Archer GRC Platform.

• Familiarity with risk management processes, including methods for evaluating and mitigating risks.

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics associated with cybersecurity and privacy.

• Understanding of organizational requirements concerning confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.

• Proficiency in working with APIs for integration and data manipulation.

• Exposure to web filtering technologies.

• Basic knowledge of system, network, and OS hardening techniques.

• Experience with concepts, protocols, and methodologies related to computer networking and network security.
