Senior Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Appropriately engage in valuation assignments.

• Identify the scope of work related to valuation tasks.

• Determine suitable approaches and methodologies for property valuation.

• Complete projects associated with commercial real estate valuation and consulting.

• Deliver traditional appraisal reports, market analyses, and feasibility studies.

• Participate in strategic consulting across multiple service lines.

• Provide comprehensive real estate valuation services to a varied client base.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on valuation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Possession of a Certified General Appraiser license.

• Over 5 years of experience in appraising commercial real estate.

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).

• Skilled in using Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to work collaboratively in a team setting, sharing pertinent information with colleagues and clients.

• Proactive in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.

• Proven track record of following through and completing tasks.

• High level of attentiveness, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.

• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
