Senior Appraiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide top-tier commercial real estate valuation services

• Create traditional appraisal documents

• Execute market research and feasibility studies

• Engage in strategic consulting across multiple service lines

• Work throughout the entire range of commercial real estate valuation

• Collaborate with both colleagues and clients

• Deliver comprehensive real estate valuation services to a diverse client base

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Certified General Appraiser license is required

• Over 5 years of experience in appraising commercial real estate

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is essential

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Team collaboration skills are a must

• Proactive approach to problem-solving

• Strong follow-through and task completion abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities
