Senior Application Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, design, implement, and maintain application systems.

• Develop, define, and conduct intricate analysis, design, and deployment of enterprise-wide information systems capabilities.

• Oversee Epic application modules along with third-party applications.

• Create and tailor tables and user interfaces.

• Construct databases.

• Test, troubleshoot, enhance, and document information systems functionality under departmental management oversight.

• Utilize process-flow analysis and business automation expertise to assess requirements.

• Architect and deploy highly sophisticated, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions utilizing diverse technologies.

• Guide IT/Application Services Analysts through mentorship.

• Deliver an integrated patient care delivery system that enhances outcomes, reduces costs, boosts efficiency, and improves patient experiences.

• Report to the IT/Manager of Application Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, IT management, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems, applied engineering, health information management (HIM), health informatics, nursing informatics, nursing, health science, education, business administration, health care, or a related area.

• HR may consider directly relevant work experience on a 1-year-to-1-year basis in lieu of the required education.

• A minimum of four (4) years of directly relevant professional experience.

• Required Epic certification(s).

• Additional certifications may be necessary based on the functional area and job responsibilities.

• Required certification(s) must be achieved within ninety (90) days following the completion of the last class.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification is mandatory.
