Senior Application Architect – Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Ensure that project-specific designs are aligned with the application architecture roadmap.

• Provide support to project and/or product teams in functional and technical design activities.

• Define interactions among application packages, databases, and middleware systems to enhance product functional coverage.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for products that require integration into the application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Information Technology, OR a Technical Certification and/or College Courses combined with 7 years of experience in Information Technology, OR 9 years of experience in Information Technology.

• Proficiency in application and/or product feature design.

• Familiarity with application configuration.

• Experience with application development platforms and/or languages including HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#.

• Knowledge of cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).

• Experience with DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration processes and tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, and Jira.

• Expertise in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).

• Experience in iterative, agile, and/or scrum development methodologies.

• Knowledge of solution architecture.

• Application domain knowledge.

• Skills in prototyping.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
