Senior Annuities Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Annuity Operations team towards achieving operational excellence.

• Work in collaboration with Sales to minimize administrative tasks and enhance sales efforts.

• Create and document processes related to annuities.

• Manage the processing of new annuity business, which includes application submissions, funding, and commission handling.

• Maintain direct communication with annuity carriers and keep the Sales team updated.

• Partner with Licensing and Appointment departments to facilitate the onboarding of new employees.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and RevOps teams to develop, test, and implement process and product improvements.

• Establish robust, scalable processes and systems within an agile framework.

• Enhance CRM workflows and streamline data-entry procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, annuities, life insurance, investing, or other analytically-focused roles at reputable firms or high-growth technology startups.

• Capability to merge strategic thinking with in-depth analytical problem-solving.

• Self-motivated individual who can take ownership and accountability for projects from the outset.

• Strong communication abilities and effective collaboration across various functions.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong presentation skills.

• Comfortable with uncertainty and adaptable to flexible work settings.

• Experience in Salesforce system administration.

• Familiarity with sales technologies.

• Preferred experience in annuity, life insurance, or investment sales.

• Prior experience with Firelight or similar annuity order-entry systems is preferred.
