Senior Analytics Contractor, Product Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and deliver advanced analytics for specified product and business areas.

• Examine large and intricate datasets utilizing statistical, causal, and exploratory methodologies.

• Design, implement, and assess A/B tests and quasi-experiments.

• Create and validate metrics and dimensions related to product performance and business results.

• Develop and sustain queries, dashboards, and analytical reports.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding methodology, assumptions, and interpretations.

• Present clear insights and recommendations both in writing and verbally, including reports suitable for leadership.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis.

• Strong practical expertise in SQL.

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python or R.

• Experience in designing and evaluating A/B experiments.

• Familiarity with applying statistical methods to real-world product challenges.

• Experience in developing metrics from start to finish, including definitions, validation, and integration into data pipelines.

• Strong analytical judgment with the capability to balance thoroughness with speed.

• Ability to communicate trade-offs effectively.

• Capacity to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

• Skill in converting complex analyses into actionable insights.

• Preferred: experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy environments.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted analytics processes.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
