📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement foundational machine learning and AI solutions that drive advertising measurement products.

• Collaborate with senior team members and product stakeholders to create prototypes and transform early-stage concepts into production-ready solutions.

• Take charge of essential advertising measurement products and enhance their functionalities.

• Investigate data and systems, prototype concepts, conduct experiments to validate them, and suggest new products or improvements.

• Partner with engineering and product teams to enhance the causal inference and attribution-based measurement platform.

• Work alongside data analysts, account managers, product teams, and engineering to grasp business requirements and swiftly iterate solutions that maximize ROI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline (graduate degree preferred).

• Strong grasp of contemporary data science, AI, and machine learning methodologies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing modern statistical marketing models, Bayesian statistics, and causal inference to address complex, data-driven challenges.

• Proficient in programming, preferably in Python, its data science ecosystem, and SQL.

• Eagerness to produce production-ready code.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present methodologies and findings to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds.

• Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with agentic development practices.
