Senior Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate analytical projects that align with strategic business goals and enhance operational performance.

• Collaborate with business leaders in a consultative manner to clarify issues, uncover opportunities, develop hypotheses, and create data-driven recommendations.

• Oversee analytics projects from initiation and exploration through analysis, solution creation, stakeholder alignment, and the delivery of business results.

• Examine extensive and complex datasets to detect trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

• Create and implement metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.

• Convert analytical insights into actionable recommendations for executive, operational, and technical audiences.

• Deliver insights that impact growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

• Query, analyze, and manage large datasets, emphasizing consultative analytics and decision support rather than pipeline development or infrastructure engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytics experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of analytics experience.

• Capability to act as a consultative analytics partner for business stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading projects through the entire analytics lifecycle.

• Progressive background in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a similar field.

• Strong skills in SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.

• Experience conveying insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• A dedicated home workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Satellite, cellular, or microwave internet requires prior leadership approval.

• An advanced degree in Informatics, Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with pharmacy, payer, provider, sales, or operational data is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
