Senior Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and present regular Power BI and on-demand Excel reports for stakeholders.

• Gather and oversee data from both internal and external sources.

• Ensure prompt delivery of insights to facilitate crucial business decisions.

• Examine intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Convert findings into clear and succinct summaries for leadership and operational teams.

• Assist strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

• Utilize SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and Git for automation and enhancing processes.

• Recognize and apply process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and precision.

• Design and construct AI-driven agents to streamline insight generation and reporting workflows.

• Integrate AI models to bolster analytics capabilities and provide intelligent decision support.

• Assess and adopt AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data-driven tasks.

• Create and refine large-scale data models to meet complex analytics and reporting needs.

• Implement dimensional modeling and star schema structures.

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and maintainable data frameworks.

• Establish and uphold validation standards to ensure data integrity and report precision.

• Perform comprehensive QA checks on deliverables and reporting outputs.

• Document and sustain quality protocols for consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytics position involving complex datasets.

• Experience in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics.

• Proficient in SQL across any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL; must successfully complete a proficiency test.

• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of Epic data structures and healthcare data systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks.

• Skilled in using Git for version control and collaborative development processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data quality.

• Knowledge of relational databases and large-scale data environments.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Copilot CLI.

• Proven capability to utilize AI models for analytics and automation.

• Preferred: experience with Python or DAX for automating enterprise report delivery.

• Preferred: experience with Python or PySpark for data analysis and automation.

• Preferred: understanding of data governance and compliance standards.

• Preferred: expertise in crafting and implementing AI agents for business process automation and analytics workflows.
